“Calm is Trust in Action”

Reading that statement from God Calling recently, changed my life. It was as if God was confirming to me his peace was my ally. Think long and hard about those words. Calm is a huge weapon against the enemy.

I won’t sugar coat aging is no fun, but with it comes experience and knowledge. As God has brought me through more deep waters and the fiery furnaces more than I can count, I see dry land and the furnaces are cooling down.

The enemy uses repeat performances. He can’t create anything new. In that we should grasp his attacks realizing the threats are just that; threats. How we respond is the key. Recognize his evil patterns but more than that he is defeated.

Is it possible what the enemy threatens in our personal lives he does the same globally?

Of course. He has no other availability. Words are powerful; in fact so much so God created the world with them. Being the case, the enemy fills our minds with his lies and deceits hoping to compound them so many times we begin to believe what he says.  There-in lies a case for mental breakdowns, fear, doubt and worry. We must counter with God’s word. Believe me I know this works because it is the only way I am still here.

The attacks on my life for years have been numerous, vicious and at time life threatening. The last few years have been relentless. I could barely get through one and the next one showed up worse. We hear we are to never give up. I remember times when those evil thoughts were being spoken over and over to me until I finally asked myself,

“What would I do if I gave up?” Well, that question ended giving up.

God confirmed a revelation to me this morning using my own life’s attacks with the world’s in our present condition which is about as bad as it gets. Sodom and Gomorrah are like a piece of cake compared to modern day society.

Praying seriously for years over the world especially America, I have waited for answers. If you watch the news or happen across it on the internet you will be hard pressed to find anything good. Not that America is good right now; in fact we are in deep trouble.

My heart has ached at the deterioration of this nation. It is so different than when I grew up. I have watched for decades our moral society diminish. We have no one else to blame but ourselves; we all sin.

As many such as Franklin Graham, Anne Graham Lotz and Rabbi Jonathan Cahn express deep concern for our country’s impending judgement, and rightly so, I believe God’s righteousness is about to shine.

Don’t get me wrong. It looks bad. It is bad. It is evil at its worst and should be recognized as such. But God’s righteous grace is so much more than all of that.

He revealed to me as he has stretched me beyond my own fleshly limits to the point of crying out even in silence because I was too weak to speak, so he is doing with America and the world.

The phrase, “God is never late, but rarely early” fits.

His word says he will walk through the deep waters and the fiery furnace with us, but we won’t drown or burn. We may be gasping for air and feel the heat, but all of a sudden dry land appears and someone shuts off the furnace.

He let me know that is where we are at. I believe we are seriously close to the wrath and judgement of God in such a momentous way that we must continue to pray diligently for repentance. But he has heard our prayers and at the moment when it appears it can’t get any worse, God is going to show up and show off.

The world will know it is God foiling the plots of the enemy.

The world especially America will wake up from this dreadful nightmare and fall on our knees in worship and praise to Him.

The world will be swept by the Holy wind of the Spirit of God changing hearts across the globe in an instant. We must look past the natural into the supernatural sphere of God to see what he is doing and where he is taking us.

RIGHT NOW IT IS MORE IMPORTANT THAN EVER TO SEEK GOD’S PRESENCE, BE ON OUR KNEES REPENTING, THANKING HIM FOR PRESERVING, PROTECTING AND GUARDING US FROM IMMINENT DESTRUCTION.

And then wait to embrace the glory of God as has never been upon the earth.

America, Bless Israel Now!

Hear ye, hear ye! America wake up!

It is no laughing matter the state of the union we are living in today. Our country has imploded itself to evil unlimited. We have strayed so far from God we have no choice but to return. You would have thought 9/11 would have been more of a wake-up call than it was. Now we are literally shaking.

This present government has done everything in its power to undermine Israel. And for America that is almost the last straw where God is concerned.

America was founded on Godly principals no matter what atheists or agnostics say. And for the record those who claim such a position have yet to win the argument, “how can you fight against something you don’t believe in?”

We must repent. We must support Israel. We must remove the evils we have allowed to enter. We must get over ourselves.

Recently a 4 hour mini-series titled “The Dovekeepers” was on TV. Roma Downey and husband Mark Burnett made the movie based on the story of the “Masada.” Adding some Hollywood to the movie it was a love story; and a reflection of the Jews in 70 A.D. and the Roman Empire. Besides the history it portrays it also reveals the sins of Israel. You may find yourself in one of the actors.

Without being a “spoiler” I hope you will find a copy of this film and watch it. Understand it is based on truth.  Read the true story of the “Masada” and how the people of God at that time in history survived.

God is an Early Bird

This is not what I wrote for today. God had other plans and he had them early.

If you want to know more of how God speaks hopefully this will help.

Let me back up a few days.

Don’t take for granted anything that might appear inconsequential or as a typical everyday something you saw.

For instance; the other day I “just happened” to turn the TV channel to Daystar. Now I know many of you believe Christian television is a hoax, joke or money making venture for false teachers, etc. That may be true in some instances but God gave us technology for his use. Dr. Mike Murdock once said, “Christian television is one of the devil’s worst enemies.”  Dr. Billy Graham eluded to this same ideology about computers years ago.  It is apparent the enemy has used it for his own deceitful gain but he has lost that battle.

While it was on Daystar it showed that this week on the “Joni Table Talk” John Paul Jackson would appear. Knowing the schedule was in the back of my mind but it didn’t register God was telling me to watch for it.

If you don’t know who John Paul Jackson is, then you should.  He is an international Prophet and Dream Interpreter anointed by God. He is what is referred to as “an 11^th hour baby.” Please google him to read his testimony.  It is well worth the time.

God must get up a whole lot earlier than I do these days. He knows since I basically came home to work, I am not a morning person not that I ever was but he isn’t on my schedule.

Moving out of bed around 7am I made it to the coffee pot to get a caffeine jolt to wake me up. Sitting down with my drink in hand I turned the TV on to Fox and Friends. Half awake and half interested in the reporting I drank a few gulps of coffee and mumbled to myself it was too early.

Precisely at 7:10am all of a sudden “John Paul Jackson’s” name burst into my brain/heart like the AF base morning “Reveille.” Talk about waking up fast.

Immediately God reminded me that JPJ was on Joni. Switching to Daystar I knew before I did it he was her guest this morning.  God wanted me to hear what he had to say for 3 reasons.

1. Confirmation of issues God has been speaking to me about for the last few years about our government
2. God wants his people to know he uses Christian TV to speak to us because he created it.
3. God wants his people to listen and take seriously his prophets and what he is telling them because many Christians question his anointed ones. Unbelief in his modern day prophets is hindering the movement of God. If you want to know more of what God is saying then buck up and read websites like http://wwwtheelijahlist.com. 

The following were the main points JPJ announced that God has spoken to him specifically about to grant to those who follow him the truth since we are not hearing it publicly.

1. ACA: the so called Affordable Care Act is not at all about health care, or health insurance. It is not about helping anyone.  It was designed specifically for this present administration to gain control of the people.
2. The attack on Benghazi was not a spontaneous reaction to a video. Islamic extremists pre-planned it months in advance.
3. Islamic nations have not been radical as many thought but have fallen into the extremists hands making them that way.
4. Our government, including Republicans/Democrats and the Obama Administration are not leaders but politicians functioning mostly to keep their jobs. Trust and politics no longer go together.
5. There are many in the government, IRS, military and other political entities doing everything possible to get rid of God. This includes monuments, historical landscapes and local branches being infiltrated to the anti-God movement.
6. Do not trust the IRS. It is totally corrupt lending itself to pull down, ruin or destroy any group connected to Christianity through the 501C application.
7. Weather; storms of all kinds have increased in strength to the point the levels of classification will be forced to change.
8. North Pole is moving at a rate of 40-50 miles a year now which is unprecedented. This is and will cause major problems with GPS systems in cars, trucks, etc., which will affect overall transportation around the world.

At the end JPJ was questioned about the ACA website. His response was this:

“That was God’s mercy on this nation.”

God is warning us, giving us truth and revealing his grace and mercy upon us even though we are in knee deep trouble. But, he is not finished yet with America; in fact he is just beginning which is what JPJ was eluding to.

Last note: My take on his prophetic words along with others who have written future accounts of prophetic knowledge is there is still much to be done. God is just now beginning the greatest harvest of souls in the history of the world. He is so loving he wants every possible account of saving the lost to happen down to the last sheep.

A personal prophecy: A specific prophecy God has transcribed to me over many years is slowly beginning to take root but I don’t see this happening any time soon.  Once it takes root it will be many years after that for it to come to pass. It concerns a person very close to me.

If Jesus is coming any time in the next 40 -50 years then that prophecy will not occur.

We need to wake up before 7:10 am people.

“For the times they Are a-Changin”

Bob Dylan wrote that song in 1963; it was released in 1964. Times were a-changin but not for the better.

Did Bob Dylan know the Supreme Court would outlaw prayer in public school as he wrote those lyrics in 1963?

Around the corner in August of 1969 arrived Woodstock. As a student in high school the rumors were “who is going to Woodstock?” It was the hall-talk, locker-jargon and classroom disruptions. The festival was the “place” to go according to the druggies and rock-n-rollers.

Looking back Woodstock was a festival made in hell organized by Satan himself. His deceptive influence had ushered in a generation of hippies who drank, smoked anything that could burn, free sex and ugly clothes. In the last few years those ugly clothes made it to our stores once again bringing back the memories of that mud filled event.

I didn’t understand what could be so great about going to an outdoor sing-a-long on a dairy farm with no showers, few outhouses and 3 days of simmering heat. The smell must have been rank. The trash was probably piled high of used drug needles, empty beer bottles, cigarette/weed butts and leftover ugly clothes from those who ended up naked. And attendees left announcing they had been a part of the greatest music event in history.

Was God there? Did he attend this music fest of youth subculture?

Probably. But for different reasons.

He was there answering prayers of many parents of those who went.

He brought his angels to ward off demons of death.

He made his presence known to the devil himself as a warning.

2012 marked 42 years since that 3 day bacchanalia.

And the times they are a-changin once again and it has nothing to do with Woodstock.

Sept of 2009 marked a major era of what the Jewish calendar calls the Ayin Season.

There are shifts occurring in the atmosphere. We will be given new vision or open doors that were not there before. God will give us the ability to see above that which we have not seen before.

What have we experienced over the last 12 months? A barrage of corruption gone wrong.

IRS oversight scandal
NSA spy scandal
Associated press investigation: James Rosen
ATF Fast and Furious
GSA scandal of abusing $823,000 of tax payer funds
Solyndra
War on Christmas
(To name a few)

Do you think these fraudulent and dishonest accounts came to light all by themselves?

And what about the men who died in Benghazi? Or Fast and Furious?

As the devil turns up the heat, God is pouring on loads of Holy Spirit fire to stamp him out.

Psalm 34: 15 “The eyes of the LORD are on the righteous, and his ears are attentive to their cry.”
The shift is almost tangible. The air is filled with a new kind of warfare; a battle of supernatural proportions with the “Commander” (Isaiah 55:4) of all humanity leading the way.

According to this Jewish era, this season will bring with it a fresh guidance from God. He will mark the ground before us with his own steps. He will release power unknown before by bringing his people to doors of opportunity.

We will come to closed doors of our faith, health or strength only to be told to open it. On the other side will be strength, might and authority unleashed upon those who follow the “Power of God.” (1 Corinthians 1: 24)

Could it be the “Rewarder” of the faithful has heard our cries? (Hebrews 11: 6)

Could it be the “Spirit of Truth” (John 14:1, 15:26, 16:13) is blowing a wind so forceful people will be knocked over by the love of God!

Crisis of Technology or Scandals?

Lately I have been experiencing a crisis of technology. Appliances, cell phones, computers, etc. and me continue to war against each other. Either manufacture defects occur early on or one of these items breaks when my husband is gone on a trip.

As I use this old Acer laptop, my new Acer Aspire is boxed up and ready to be sent to Texas for a much needed hospital visit.

After countless on-line chats and phone calls to Acer, today was the day for emergency service.

The foreign agents who speak broken or very little English get as frustrated with me because I cannot understand them as I am that they continued to want to repeat the same repairs. Not so today. I am done trying their motives to repair my internet continually disconnecting itself from my network.

This inconvenient problem began from day one. Maintaining a website or page for any length of time past 15 minutes was almost non-existent.

Relaying my internal anger, the agent of whose name I can’t pronounce quickly noted the Aspire needs attention by repair support in Texas.

Blindsided by my many past experiences dealing with broken what-evers, he quickly noted I was not about to pay a dime to ship it either way. As he proceeded to inform me 3 times of “how sorry he was for my inconvenience” but that Acer was not responsible for the shipping, I informed him of the complaint I made last Thursday to the BBB of “ACER’S HORRIBLE PRODUCTS AND SERVICES.”

Asking to speak to his Superior; 2 minutes later another Pakistani/Indian/Farcy speaking man politely said,

“Hello ma’am, Acer will be glad to pay for the shipping of your Acer product.”

As annoying as the last 3 months have been dealing with a broken extension of my arms it doesn’t compare to the White House scandals that continue to pile up. A broken piece of technology would be a reprieve for the scarlet laced staff.

Don’t think this is an “I told you so” but I told you God will not allow evil to stand especially when people are praying.

You can always count on a mistake(s) when wrongs are performed over and over. Eventually getting caught or the ripple effect of botched blunders somehow reaches the surface.

The ultimate blame game has hit the West Wing. Whether it is Benghazi, the IRS, Fast and Furious or now the AP media scandal, the truth is finally emerging.

And the Walls of Jericho came tumblin’ down.

Why weren’t Watertown residents told to get their guns?

The following is an article written today by Dr. Keith Ablow, Psychiatrist and Fox News Contributor.

Before the capture of Dzhokar Tsarnaev, with the heroic police manhunt for  him in full swing in Watertown, Massachusetts, Governor Deval Patrick and public  safety officials admonished residents there and in surrounding communities to  stay inside, lock their doors and answer only for uniformed police officers.

These steps, while perhaps wise for many residents of Massachusetts, also  suggested that all residents of Massachusetts were defenseless and should act  accordingly.

One piece of information, for example, was left out of every press conference  that took place in the aftermath of the Boston Marathon bombings:  If you  have a licensed firearm, make sure it is within reach, that it is loaded and  that your family members are nearby.

The reason that residents of Watertown and Boston were not told to  keep their guns close by is only because of the liberal political tide that  seeks to take guns out to sea with it.

This directive, in my opinion, would have been a proper public safety message  and public health initiative to safeguard many homes in Watertown and the  metro-Boston area.

It also would have avoided the unfortunate subconscious message to Bostonians  that they cannot or should not take steps to protect their own lives and their  loved ones and their homes in the future, in one very clear way:  By  exercising their Second Amendment rights to own firearms and to use them when  gravely threatened or attacked.

It strains the imagination to wonder why any adult in Watertown,  Massachusetts who does not currently own a gun and who lived through the horror  of a terrorist hiding out in that city would not be applying for a firearms  permit this coming week.  So, too, for Boston. And, of course, citizens  around the country would do well to learn the same lesson.

The reason that residents of Watertown and Boston were not told to keep their  guns close by (or to congregate in the dwellings of gun owners) is only because  of the liberal political tide that seeks to take guns out to sea with it.

Almost inexplicably, gun control efforts from the president and members of  Congress continue, despite recent mass attacks with a knife (in Texas, where 14  innocent people were slashed) and in Massachusetts, where bombs made of crock  pots, ball bearings and nails brought horrific casualties.

Were Dzhokar Tsarnaev or someone of similar ilk to seek a home to enter in  the Boston area or any other town or city in America, I can say with near  certainty that an NRA sticker clearly visible on the front door or an adjacent  window would make him choose another door to break down.  And, in any case,  a gun in the house, at the ready, would have been the best defense against being  another of his victims.

“Singin in the Shower”

Life just isn’t fair.

Why it is one person is granted the luxuries of abundance and the next person is just wanting food on their table.

The old cliché of “what goes around comes around” is being overdone, misinterpreted and dragged around like an old wagon.

Centuries of age old sins crop up to bind the fruits of future friendships, neighbors and relationships.

“Our generation had nothing to do with that evil. Why are we being singled out?”

“Because you represent those who committed it. How do we know your ancestors weren’t part of such discrimination?”

“How do you know they weren’t?”

Assumptions are made; progress is halted and the hate continues.

Unforgiven mindsets are graves dug for the future of children and grandchildren. Revenge is set in motion and the altercations continue.

Stop and think before you produce an “Ishmael.”

The most educated country in all of history gushes on its past wickedness while condoning that which was considered “unspeakable” 30 years ago.

Some things just need to be left alone.

Living in the south, the racial atmosphere has been bludgeoned by those who don’t live here.

Sure, slavery was one of the worst cultural desecrations every committed in this country.  The thought of it sickens me and had I lived during those times, I might have been one who lost their life fighting against this horror.

As Christians today are persecuted, kidnapped, tortured and/or killed, it is no different from the slavery of the past. It was Christians who began the fight to stop slavery because they knew it was evil.

Still, it rears its ugly head in the sight of political gain; mostly reverberating from others who don’t live where I do.

The population difference in my county of blacks to white is all but equal.  A benefit arising from the now Air Force and Army base here are the cultural aspects from military personnel stationed here from all over. It adds to the enrichment of this community.

Some enjoyable conversations have been in the grocery stores with good ole’ southern African American women.

Standing in line one day, the grandmother pulled in behind me with a load of chicken, potatoes and greens of all kinds.  The embarrassment of never cooking fresh greens opposed to opening a can made her laugh when I asked her how she cooked them.

“Honey, you mean to tell me you never cooked fresh turnip greens or collards?”

Sheepishly, I responded, “Ugh. No ma’am.”

“Well, let me tell you how. Get a big pot, throw them greens in there with turnips if you like em’, cover in water, add salt and pepper. Season with ham hocks or bacon, add a pinch of sugar if needed. Just let em’ cook until they reach the consistency you like. “

In this same store is a young black man, tall, handsome and strong. He runs the register at the Customer Service counter. After he gave an announcement over the intercom, I placed my groceries on his counter.

I asked him, “Do you sing?”

Timidly, he looked at me and said, “Well, what do you mean?”

“By the sound of your speaking voice, I imagine you can sing like Stevie Wonder or Barry White?”

A little embarrassed he kind of grinned and replied,

“I do sing in the shower.”

“Most of the greats started out singing in the shower. So you enjoy it?”

“Yes, ma’am. I do.”

As I took my groceries I told him, “Then don’t waste what God has given you. Use it.”

He smiled as I walked off.

The amount of clash around here is minimal compared to Washington politics skewing over racism.

Maybe our politicians/journalists/left winged liberals could learn a thing or two on how to get along from us southern, low-country folk.

That’s right. Send em’ here. We’ll straighten em’ out.

Not only will we teach em’ how to cook collards, we’ll church em.’

We have become such an entitlement society we fear even the most minute or smallest financial cuts to our pocketbooks.

The old saying, “no pain no gain” is not welcome in a nation of Bill Gates wannabe’s.

As Dr. Ablow suggests we either feel the pain now or later; or hand it down to our children.

The Bible is clear: Proverbs 13:22 “A good man leaves an inheritance for his children’s children, but a sinner’s wealth is stored up for the righteous.”

Leaving an inheritance for our children is difficult when you have a 16 trillion $ deficit.

The good doctor has summed up the White House’s perception of the American people. The agonizing ache is laid on thick; throw a pity party of intolerance of having to pay your bills and be diagnosed with the lazy man’s disease.

If you don’t work, you don’t eat.

Dr. Ablow outlined the fact so much of what we are demanded to fund is fraudulent, unnecessary, and needs a quick trip to the garbage dumpster. I can only imagine the irritation God must feel as he blesses America more than any other nation that has ever existed only to have our leaders fill the “pork barrels” full of toxic waste.  It is disgusting.

I salute Dr. Ablow for standing up to the reality we must do something about our debt. Forced sequestration upon the President appears to be the only way cuts would be made.

Too bad the White House lawn isn’t growing “money trees” anymore.

The President cut them down by mistake and now the taxpayers are paying for it.
