In a little village far away a small group of families that went by the name of “Judah” lived a quiet life. Following the rules as best as they could it was apparent their peace and quiet was about to be jeopardized.
Foreign groups loathed them; hated them so much they wanted to annihilate them. 3 in particular decided to make good on their threats.
What they didn’t know was the God of this group of Judah was mightier than any army or fortress. He had been known to plague Egypt, part seas and rain food from the Heavens. If they had heard of their God, they paid no attention to the drama that had played out centuries before. Their goal was to get rid of them once and for all.
Knowing the imminent danger Judah was in they cried out to their God for help. There was nothing they could do in the flesh to fight, much less live through a battle of this proportion.
God heard their pleas. He spoke giving them direction and told them what to do.
The next day as the 3 groups planned their attack, Ammon (Al Qaeda), Moab (Hamas) and Mt. Seir (ISIS) Judah appointed singers to praise the Lord in their Priestly garments giving thanks for his mercy and loving kindness to them.
As they began to sing, their God set ambushes against the men of Ammon (Al Qaeda) and Moab (Hamas) and Mt. Seir (ISIS). Due to the evil that lurked between these 3, they couldn’t trust each other so the two smaller groups Ammon (Al Qaeda) and Moab (Hamas) came together and slaughtered the larger group Mt. Seir (ISIS).
Once that battle was finished, the two groups left standing Ammon (Al Qaeda) and Moab (Hamas) destroyed each other; and not one of them was left alive.
Judah praised their God and spent 3 days gathering the spoil/plunder which amounted to cattle, goods, garments and precious things.
If you sell your soul to the devil don’t expect to get paid. Ask Al Gore. He sold his TV network “Currant” to the Qatar government. According to the latest news he is now suing the Qatari Family for the 65 million they owe him for that sale.
It reminded me of what Brian Kilmeade said the other morning; “Atheist are passionate about what they don’t believe in.”
As my father always said, “if you play with fire you’re going to get burned.”

Isn’t America full of educated, sophisticated philosophers?
Isn’t America loaded with intellectuals, Ivy League Graduates with degrees in the double digits?
Isn’t America an innovation leader of technology, solar power and the Muppets?
And the general public wonders why America is sliding down the slippery slope of moral decline, political illiteracy and passing laws our government should read first to find out what is in them.
Honestly, some days I can’t believe what people talk about. Useless conversations about who had the best “selfie”, perilous decisions made out of nomadic behaviors and water cooler gossip about the Kardashian’s is enough to make one wonder “is this really America?”
Sadly, this isn’t funny.
America’s grip on reality has been lost in the translation of deception, lies and Global Warming.
Right has become wrong and wrong is now right. We have voted into leadership golf champion wanna-be’s to messengers of hate based theology.
Many have given a foothold to the enemy allowing our nation to seemingly fall apart at the seams.
But…..
God is still on his throne. He is the same yesterday, today and tomorrow. He keeps his promises, and his word still stands.
America may have left or tried to push God out, but he remains loyal to his love for our country. We have and are suffering due to our sick society, but he has had plans for us before we were created and he shall not allow his word to become void. (Isaiah 55:11)
I believe God is moving, restoring and activating manifestations in the supernatural realm many of us have waited for. He doesn’t want us to be intimidated or fearful because he has shut doors of the past dry season and opening doors of fresh rain to be poured out on his people.
He is separating the sheep from the wolves; exposing corruption one scandal at a time and ushering in the flow of the Holy Spirit to change hearts to his truth.
There is no doubt the enemy is relentlessly on a rampage, yet God has equipped us (Ephesians 6) (Isaiah 41:10) for war. Praise him, thank him and pray for the peace that passes all understanding. The devil is helpless when God’s saints are at peace.
I feel as if I have been gone from blogging too long, but this hasn’t been my choice. Life has simply gotten in the way of so many things keeping track is a lost cause. So I quit keeping track.
The list of semi-crisis to multiple interruptions is much too long. One after the other seem to be running together now. Life happens. But a break would be nice.
In the middle of the last sinus infection to our daughter’s diagnosis of strep throat/mononucleosis was a business venture that seemed questionable. And as of the other day my husband is looking at possible oral surgery due to a horizontal wisdom tooth crushing the one next to it which is now on its way out of his mouth no matter what.
During this flurry of trying to keep up, tenants left one of my rentals. There is something therapeutic about taking a property from a state of disarray by giving it a fresh coat of paint, a visit from Mr. Clean and landscaping done by someone other than HGTV. It also helps that God connects the dots for the needs as they appear sending me the right people to do the right job.
A few times lately God has surprised me with little reminders of his presence in the chaos of my life. For instance. Yesterday as I was getting my schedule in place I realized I was going to have 3 different people to work at different times but I only had 2 keys to the house. Searching the best “key maker” in town was my next move. At that point, feeling somewhat overwhelmed with so much on my plate my cell phone rang.
The painter on the other end of the line sounding somewhat frantic said,
“I locked myself out of the house. If you have another key I will swing by right now and have a few copies made to give you.”
Not only did he have the keys made, he paid for them himself.
And remember I mentioned a questionable business venture? From the beginning my husband and I both didn’t have a good feeling about it. Given some time the truth came out. The Holy Spirit had impressed upon us both there was something wrong. In this revelation I was also given the opportunity to speak the truth concerning certain business tactics that were debatable and problematic. It didn’t end well because this person refused to believe the truth. But a huge seed was planted…..
Matthew 10:11-15 NIV
“Whatever town or village you enter, search there for some worthy person and stay at their house until you leave.As you enter the home, give it your greeting.If the home is deserving, let your peace rest on it; if it is not, let your peace return to you.If anyone will not welcome you or listen to your words, leave that home or town and shake the dust off your feet.Truly I tell you, it will be more bearable for Sodom and Gomorrah on the day of judgment than for that town.”
The names may have changed, only the game is the same.
The goal is annihilation; only it’s more than one nation.
The evil is anti-Semitic and full of hate; we need to stop this terrible fate.
Threats and demands are the order of their day; producing fear and destruction along the way.
How long do we wait to aid our brothers and sisters in Christ?
How long do they suffer while our government ponders their plight?
We have no excuse for leaving in the first place; they need the strong arm of America’s military base.
This is a call to prayer my friends; a call to God for this genocide to end.
So to those who read this, please pass it on so we can fight the enemy’s wrongs.
Ask God for his mercy; ask God for his grace so his people will repent and find peace all over the place.
2 Chronicles 7: 14 “If My people, who are called by My name, shall humble themselves, pray, seek, crave, and require of necessity My face and turn from their wicked ways, then will I hear from heaven, forgive their sin, and heal their land.”
The world stage is playing out like a horror movie. Supported by enormous technological communication it is easier than ever before in history to find out in an instant what is going on across the planet. That may be questionably distressing or unnerving but in an off sense a depth of warning or protection.
As the phrase goes, God helps us in our troubles by walking through them with us. Swallow that term because it is truly the means by which we survive and survive very well.
Faith really does come by hearing the word of God; reading and studying it, pondering his presence as he expresses himself in his own vernacular. It is his language, his lingo that brings forth the ability for us to trust him. Once the process is active, he gently enables his words to spring forth from his spirit to ours supernaturally resulting in faith.
One day you have no faith, the next you do. Explaining this gift is almost impossible.
As the world spirals out of control relying on the Creator in faith is the only successful path to follow. Those moments, days, weeks or years we have no control over are breeding grounds for God to teach us faith.
However there are times we have to act quickly applying trusting in him immediately. We may not be ready or believe that post we need to lean on is sturdy enough to carry us, but consider it the cross of Christ and faith becomes automatic.
If there was ever a time we need to rely on God, I believe it is now. He has an army of warriors he has been preparing for decades for such a time as this. History was made when the Israelite s were stuck between Pharaoh’s army and a sea of water that was impossible to cross. History is again raising its head to prove the God of Heaven is making a way in the wilderness and rivers in the desert. (Isaiah 43:19)
Faith in God removes fear. Victory is his as we rely on him to bring us to the Red Sea and through it. He is already there across on the other side before we arrive.
Believe beyond any doubt that moving forward now is imperative for the success of his purpose for us. It is no accident that God’s people living in this present age are facing colossal red seas but it is also an era of conquering unafraid.
Face the enemy with a mountain of trust in the God of Israel.
Act like men and be courageous. (1 Corinthians 16:13)
He has shown up in Israel and from what I have read he owns a lot of property in that region. That must mean he has no intention of leaving.
Isaiah 55:8 “For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways,” declares the LORD.
In the midst of threats, deception, lies, undercover spying, political targeting and scandals, plagues, and major battles God is working behind the scenes.
One important lesson I have learned over the years about God is he has his own time frame of accomplishing his purposes. Most of us would agree he takes too long, doesn’t have any idea how difficult it is for us or if we will ever get through our present crisis.
This is the fine line between God’s goals and his mercy and grace. We have to remember his son gave the ultimate sacrifice; and that couldn’t have been easy for God. So it isn’t like he hasn’t been there and done that. We have no possible comprehension of God’s viewpoint of the Cross of Christ which aids in giving humans a different perspective of their current position.
Posted on facebook yesterday was a photo of a Hamas terrorist hanging two small Palestinian boys by the back of their shirts on a fence. The children were screaming and crying as this man made them into human shields.
The IDF found a tunnel with 16 exits about a mile long into Israel. It was wired with electricity, phone lines and piles of explosives. The uncovered plot was trained terrorists would enter Israel through the exits shooting and blowing up anything in their way kidnapping civilians to use as bargaining chips. And this was one of many tunnels the Israeli army have discovered. www.jta.org
Here in the US of A we are experiencing one crisis after another and our President has basically “checked out” as Governor Mike Huckabee said.
The Ukraine is fighting for its life.
“King Putin” is slowly losing his crown but in the process wreaking havoc for many people.
Ebola is killing people.
Our border is saturated with sick, scared children who have no idea why they are here or what happened to them on their journey before they arrived.
Our border is an open door to gangs, thugs and terrorists?
Shall I continue or is this enough bad news for one post?
The good news is God’s timing is always perfect. He is never late but rarely early. (mom use to always say that)
It certainly appears the world is almost unbearable, about to blow or how can it get any worse?
Maybe it is what we don’t know God is doing that bothers us.
He appears to have “checked out” of America? The Ukraine? Liberia? www.nytimes.com
We don’t know what he does when Hamas uses innocent children and women as human shields.
We don’t know if he shows up in West Africa during an epidemic of a killer disease.
Has he been in the Ukraine? What did he do to help the passengers of Flight 370 when it went missing? Did he try to stop Malaysian Flight MH17 from being shot down by Russia?
Has God been in the White House lately? The Halls of Congress?
What if anything is God doing about the border crisis?
How could a good God allow so much evil and suffering?
Humans tend to jump to conclusions that God is MIA, unaware or simply uncaring.
Maybe if you spent time getting to know him he would tell you what he is doing and where he has landed.
Maybe if people would read the Bible, pray and enjoy some quality time with God every day he would share his ways and thoughts.
Maybe if we would focus on Jesus love and compassion we would find our assumptions of him have been wrong all along.
