Dire Straits

Posted on

Reading the news makes me want to throw up. Watching the mass lies, mudslinging and vile hate spewed at Christians brings me to my knees.

Folks, we are in dire straits in America.

The blame game, false advertising and accusations run rampant.

Slander is prominent and people disappearing. When will it stop?

Strong gay marriage support now exceeds strong opposition

Author says GOP broke Washington

State may vote on licenses for illegal immigrants

SC Gov Haley using piñata video to raise money

Dad says son beaten at bus stop as others watched

Secret Service boss: ‘I apologize’

$100 Billion Tax Question

Polls show US presidential battle tightening

Witnesses change stories in Trayvon case

I was hard pressed to find any good news. At least this one is;

Pro-Choice’ Americans At Record Low, Poll Finds

This is just America, not the world. The evidence is clear the media is more interested in promoting civil unrest, murder and anything disgusting.

The tone is negative rhetoric. Big talkers acting. Feuds are fought with demeaning gabfest. It is embarrassing.

What is worse is people fall for the lies….because they don’t know the truth. If they did the news would be opposite.

In the last 30 years I have witnessed this country decline in roller coaster fashion.

Issues we never discussed have become mainstream. Issues we never heard of are FrontPage news. Issues once thought to be ill-advised, hush-hush or deviant are accepted as normal by those who wish to promote such shameful aversions.

Explaining that to a 23-year-old is deafening. They can’t relate. Sadly, the younger generation has no idea what Ozzie and Harriet represented.

God is speaking and speaking loudly. Actually he is yelling. If you are blinded or don’t know the word, you won’t hear him. But this is what he is saying.

2 Chronicles 7:14 “If my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then will I hear from heaven and will forgive their sin and will heal their land.”

Who does this sound like? Weren’t the Israelites a difficult bunch?

Unfortunately the Israelites don’t have anything on America. We are the most grumbling, complaining, and selfish, backbiting people on earth.

But God put us here for a reason. America was founded on Godly principles. America is God’s alternative to freedom for others. He has used our people to give generously, back Israel and seek peace in other areas of the world. He built this nation on Capitalism; free market and enterprise and a constitution based on his word.

America is a blessed nation or was.

We have to get back on our knees. Now.

Mockingbird Motives

Posted on

Our yard no longer belongs to us. It has been stolen. The beastly creatures of the air believe we are enemies. Humans are not welcome, but the cat is considered an assassin.

The tree near the front porch is their new home. A nest for more of those noisy, annoying, provoking Mockingbirds built within feet of the steps. We did not offer that tree to them. No invitations were sent out to families of Mockingbirds to bring more of them into our world.
I love animals. I love most birds except these.

This pair of criminals will take on any foe that makes a move near their nest.  Beware of the torturous bickering, constant chirping, and whistling not to mention the physical attacks.

The cat and I enjoy sitting together on the steps. Not today. The Mockingbirds will have none of that harmonious affection.

We hadn’t been there 2 minutes and both of them appear announcing their displeasure with our presence.

One flew to the top of the mailbox post. Screaming at the top of his lungs he rattled on about how we were invading his territory. Never mind that we lived here first. The other flew to another tree near the nest obviously guarding it from the danger of bird trafficking.

The sun had finally appeared after a day of storms, it felt good to enjoy the warmth. Only these two loudmouths wouldn’t shut up.

Sitting quietly, minding our business the birds begin their assault on our peace. Flying back and forth and letting loose verbal aggression while airborne, it became quite clear the attack had reached full force. One step closer and the cat’s head would become a pecking post. Not sure which one of us these intrusive, pestering fowl hated more, I grabbed Maxi and left.

These unruly, feathered creatures remind me of some people I know. Stubborn. Aggressive. Bossy. Argumentative. Demanding. Obnoxious. Arrogant. Shall I continue?

Surely you know no one with these attributes? I admit my desire to choke these birds was not far from my thinking. Or better yet let one of them get too close to the cat. They just might think twice about being so arrogant.

When we allow ourselves to get to “big for our britches” we indulge in a waiting game for humility. You know the one where your britches fall off and you are standing alone stripped of any self respect.

God will allow us to sink deep; dig our own graves, or put our proverbial foot in our mouths to teach us the meaning of meekness, modesty and submissive obedience. A heart of conceit, yielding to tyrannical motives will ultimately overestimate their platform.

Proverbs 16:18 “Pride goes before destruction, a haughty spirit before a fall.”

God will not allow his plans to be thwarted to divide and conquer.

God will not allow factions to override his laws no matter their stately position.

God will not allow leaders to continue to berate and belittle that which is sacred.

Whether you believe the Word of God or not, it still stands. God is not changing his mind or his promises to fit the idea our culture is evolving into anything other than his purposes.

There lies no argument. We are held accountable. And the cradle will fall….

Psalm 109:8 “May his days be few; may another take his place of leadership.”

Newsbusters of Jilted Contemplation

Posted on

My weekend was busy so I tried catching up on the news.

Mistake.

Surfing the net the following are hot topics;

Unmarried Jessica Simpson has her baby.

Jilted Dentist extracts teeth of ex-boyfriend.

The Dutch don’t want to sell marijuana to tourists.

And of course the “occupiers” took another day off.

Who could doubt the significance of the above Newsbusters?

The less significant are:

While the “occupiers” took a day off, many were standing in the un-employment lines.

One year ago, Our Navy Seals ended the life of the worst terrorist.

United States Naval Special Warfare Developmen...

United States Naval Special Warfare Development Group (Photo credit: Wikipedia)

Mark Zuckerburg comes up with idea to help eliminate the critical shortage of organs for patients desperately in need of life-saving transplants.

The President makes a surprise visit to Afghanistan setting in motion the end of the war.

Ugh….

I don’t think I missed much.  Sadly.

Reading headlines from online newspapers, venues of journalism or so-called journalism, nothing is surprising.

Not too happy with Jessica Simpson.

The jilted dentist lost her license to practice dentistry now. Ummm…I guess her ex is looking for dentures a little sooner than he thought!

And I can’t understand why the Dutch don’t want to sell marijuana to tourists? I would be offended if I went there and they labeled me a tourist.

I wonder how many “occupiers” who had a job yesterday and protested will have a job tomorrow. Did their employers give them the day off? Do they get paid anyway? If so I want a job like that. Only I want protest against capitalism, I will protest why facebook wants a timeline. Just for the record I never got it!

The Navy Seals who killed the world’s worst terrorist are heroes. Like the rest of the military who sacrifice 24/7 a life most could never live. Or the missionaries who forsake family and friends to serve God in other countries under who knows what kind of living conditions. Or the many who preach the gospel in the most dangerous places on earth.

Mark Zuckerburg….you may not know it, but God is using you.

And the President goes to Afghanistan. Did he take 2 Billion dollars they want from us with him? And if he gave them our hard-earned money what are they using it for?

He announces he is working directly with the Taliban. What? Tell me he doesn’t really believe terrorists are peace seeking thugs? We don’t negotiate with terrorists.

BTW: The President keeps telling people he’s bringing all the troops home. The AFB here keeps deploying my tenants or moving my property owners who will be deployed.

Nice news? Good news? Our mindset knows only evil as journalists continue to report the “bad and the ugly.”  The fallout of the John Edwards trial, the Ohio bridge bomb and the suicide of an NFL player shine on the covers of the front page. And the beat goes on….

And once again facebook comes to the rescue of a dying veteran who wanted his ticket refunded from “Spirit Airlines.” The despicable act has waged a boycott war of the airline in support of this kind man who can’t fly to see his daughter now due to his declining health.

Life is tough enough without a daily bashing from journalists and news media whose joint effort is to promote anguish, calamity and tribulation.

My guess is they don’t read the Bible. Ratings trump anything worthwhile to the point of exceeding the limits of drudgery and wretchedness.

1 Timothy 4: 4 “For everything God created is good, and nothing is to be rejected if it is received with thanksgiving.”

The news is categorized as the same as vile music, detestable movies and shameful TV.

So just turn it off and soak in some peace.  You know, like “Peace Brother.”   lol

Ms. Rosen, You could learn a thing or two from Eve

Posted on

Hilary Rosen, Obama’s campaign manager might want to chuck in her advisory board on women. Her explosive, less than maternal rhetoric just backfired. Don’t knock stay at home moms. Being a mother is one of the hardest jobs on the planet.

The choice to stay home to raise children is a privilege, an honor, a God given right….and yet Ms. Rosen who claims to be a Lesbian raising twins, says stay-at-home mothers have no business giving advice because “they have never worked a day in their life?”  Ugh….she isn’t speaking on my behalf.

Her unfounded “chit chat” is speaking to more than just Ann Romney. I am not politicizing my political fair here; I am sure Ann Romney took her job very seriously as have the many other “women who have never worked a day in their life.”  Ms. Rosen you are not welcomed at the PTA or the local Roller Rink or the Circle of Stay at Home Moms.

As a past single mother I built my life around my daughter’s schedule. God gave me a job where I could work during her school hours. My parents kept her when my job required night and weekend work. These were the hardest years of my life. Juggling the priorities of raising a child alone, working to feed us and enduring health issues was a daily struggle that no words can describe. I know both sides of the issue. I lived it.

I considered those who had the option to stay at home to be just as qualified in the working world as I was. Many, I am sure could out juggle me any day.

I wonder what Ms. Rosen and those who think as she does, believe the centuries of women before them who always stayed home did? Nothing? They added zilch to the business affairs of the husband?

Ms. Rosen I am now a stay at home wife, mother and business entrepreneur and loving every minute of it.

For those like you who believe we are unintelligent, clueless, and a miserly sidekick to our husbands, you are a thorn in the side of a mule. Your jab is the arrogance of one who has no respect for the countless mothers who renounce the plastic ladder of success for the satisfaction and treasure of doing that which you can’t do yourself.

No job has taught me what I learned raising a child.

Maybe in some twisted irony your rumbled impeachment of stay at home moms will give open dialogue for these women who tirelessly change diapers, nurture cuts and fevers, and cope with throw up 24/7.

Besides the above, mothering occurs between naps of toddlers and rants of teenagers. While we are busy feeding their bottomless pits, chasing bad boys out the door or putting our lives in danger as they learn to drive, we are raising the future of America.

Mothering includes careers as a financial genius, extraordinary negotiators and all around peacemakers. We are adept in micromanaging broken arms, nightmares and the overall household army of responsibilities.

Stay at home moms should be honored, rewarded, and recognized for a job well done instead of being scrutinized and offered up as bait for a belittling contest of nobility.

We are qualified Ms. Rosen to aid in the campaigns of our men’s lives whatever that may be.

Eve was Adam’s partner chosen by God as his helpmate. God gave her to Adam as a support system because he qualified her to perform the immense demands of keeping a home and family. Proverbs 31

Had she not been, Adam would never have shown up for work.

Sesame Street, Chocolate and Chimpanzees

I have been waiting for this moment, this day for months. Pacing the floor, listening to hear those huge tires come roaring around the bend with my package. Yes. My package. The package sent to me by NONE OTHER THAN MY ACCOUNTANT!

Today is the day I get to pay more taxes! Yes! The Federal Government and 2 states have declared we are examples of this country’s best citizens!

We have been chosen to give additional money from our hard work to fund such projects as:

Sesame Street

Sesame Street (Photo credit: Wikipedia)

→$10 million for a remake of “Sesame Street” for Pakistan. I love children and can understand the need for Elmo in Pakistan. The children would most likely rather eat.

Haggai 2:8 The silver is mine, and the gold is mine, saith the LORD of hosts.”

→$765,828 To subsidize “pancakes for yuppies” in the nation’s capital. I love yuppies.

I Cor. 4:2” Moreover it is required in stewards, that a man be found faithful.”

→The government blew $592,000 on a study last year to figure out why chimpanzees throw poop.  Ok.  I am moving out of the way of this one.

Luke 16:1-13The parable of the wise steward.”

→ The federal government gave the Hawaii Department of Agriculture $50,000 to help pay for the 2nd Annual Hawaiian Chocolate Festival. Now I love chocolate…why wasn’t I invited?

Proverbs 1:32” The prosperity of fools shall destroy them.”

→ The Virginia Commonwealth University received $55,000 in 2011 (part of a larger $170,000 grant) to study changes in the hookah smoking habits of students in the nation of Jordan. Sounds like my next vice.

Deuteronomy 8:18 “Remember the Lord your God, for it is he who gives you the ability to produce wealth.”

$96,000 on iPads for kindergarteners. These kids in Maine can’t add yet, but thanks to Uncle Sam they’ll never need to.

I have no problem paying taxes, but not for stupidity. Or Chocolate Festivals even as much as I love chocolate.

Besides not being in the mood I have a real disgust to fund hookah smoking habits for students in Jordan. (google had to explain to me what hookah smoking is.) Maybe that should be my next vice.

The money we make, the money we have belongs to God.  Do you think he prefers we spend it wisely? Use it for the needs of others like the Mother Theresa’s of the world instead of dispersing it on “pork?”

Wouldn’t it be exciting if we could choose where our taxes are spent?

Decide as God sees fit for us to use it for his glory?

Preserve that which is his kingdom on earth and promote the gospel?

Writing my checks under those conditions would be an honor.

Somehow allotting God’s money on why Chimpanzees throw their poop gives me very little incentive to write a check to the government.

Battle of Athens

Posted on

This is a film production, but the incident really did happen. Athens is about 20 or 25 miles north Cleavland, Tenn.

Please watch this to the end. This is the real reason why we have the 2nd Amendment to the Constitution of the United States.

Someone had a conversation with an old man who had been a boy at the time of the Battle of Athens. His father had taken a part in it. The man remembered how his mother had been up all night worrying about her husband. In the morning the man said that his father came home, put his shotgun behind the kitchen door and sat down to his breakfast, and no one in the family ever said another word about that night.

Click the link below to watch.

http://youtu.be/U5ut6yPrObw

This video shows what “we” the people can do when put to the test of restricting our freedoms. As the Bible says,

Proverbs 16:7 “When a man’s ways are pleasing to the LORD, he makes even his enemies live at peace with him.”

God intervened with these men as a result of their willingness to stand up for the truth. God fights for us in our battles which is made clear in the Bible. God outlines specifics in some of the wars how they were to be fought.

Side note: I have a particular interest in this event. Some of my husband’s ancestors lived  in Athens at the time this Battle took place.

Easy Tech Theology

Posted on

Yesterday I had the honor of spending over 2 hours with the Easy Tech guys at Staples. Quite a group they are. This dear laptop has a slow, dying battery in need of a new one.

Waiting can produce opportunities for conversation. Tech guy was giving my laptop the needed PC tune-up while I overheard the nearest conversation between a 15 year Techer and a customer.

“In New Zealand the government has mandated prices for dairy products. In other words you can’t make a profit on milk now.”

“Oh really?” the customer replied.

Yes and the people love it. The Socialist system requires 70% of your income for taxes and everybody has everything. Complete health care, education, and fixed prices for almost every product now.”

As you can imagine my tone deaf ears perked up to a level of “You have to be kidding?”

She looked at me with total disregard as if I had just burst her bubble.

“Sure, it’s working there.”

I replied, “But where is the freedom?”

Her dumbfounded facial expression left her mouth falling open to her chin.

My Techer  noticed the friction and whispered to me, “Nothing is free. She is speaking of a financial system not a political one.”

Before my sermon erupted the Easy Techers had a crisis with a rather angry customer who was in pursuit of throwing his desktop at them.

Again I waited as the mad rush to calm this gentleman appeared to be priority so the debate never surfaced.

I must give credit where credit is due. This Staples Easy Tech squad  qualifies as possessing  No. 1 tech skills for issues with any given brand of computers.  My admiration for their knowledge and ability to detect viruses, check for dead batteries and initiate a peacemaking solution for a disgruntled customer was commendable and everything they did for me was free!  However….

I have already prayed today for their souls. Knowing I have ordered a new battery maybe God is giving  me an open door to discuss him at another time. Obviously yesterday was not the appointed time of declaring his love.

I don’t want some human telling me what to do, how much to over pay in taxes, or force me into government run health care.  My theory is God knew the government would fail with the postal system; a defaulting welfare system and who is going to pay for all of us baby boomers to enjoy the rite of passage into retirement?

I do not want the equivalent of a postal worker to give me a heart transplant. The first person who so much as attempts to tell me I can’t make a profit off of my Property Management business is going to get a slap upside the head. If I have done the work I should get  paid…..Proverbs 14: 23 “All hard work brings a profit, but mere talk leads only to poverty.”

Repeat that? All hard work brings a profit, but mere talk leads only to poverty.

Is it me or is God advocating a profit working system? In other words when we work God wants to bless us with abundance?

God is all for helping those who are really in need and he provides guidelines for the church to do so. Proverbs 22:9 “The generous will themselves be blessed,
for they share their food with the poor.

He uses words like sluggards, or lazy to convey his thoughts on those who choose to live off of others….Proverbs 15:19 “The way of the sluggard is blocked with thorns, but the path of the upright is a highway.”

Humans make mistakes. God doesn’t.

Since we are sinful and live in mistakes, how can we create or do anything without God’s intervention? Duh…

What is missing from the general public? The truth.

The truth speaks for itself. The truth is God’s word. The truth speaks to our lives in every area. The truth is like personal instructions from the Creator of the Universe.

Do you know what is wrong with the truth? Nothing. You have to believe in Jesus Christ before you will ever learn the truth. You have to desire to get to know him and choose to follow him to understand the truth.

Once you do, you will find freedom. And it won’t be by giving the government 70% of your income.

Polls of Betrayal

Posted on

I never received that phone call. They have never called me. Who are they calling?

A box of Grape-Nuts cereal

A box of Grape-Nuts cereal (Photo credit: Wikipedia)

No one has ever called me for an opinion poll.

Opinion polls are all over the internet now. They want answers to important issues. Click to vote. But who is voting? Do they care who is voting? No! But I want to be heard….

Yahoo usually has an opinion poll.  Questions like what was Kim Kardashian wearing yesterday or should Roseanne Barr run for President?

Sorry. Important as these issues are some demand our undivided attention.

Serious polls like:

“What do you eat for breakfast?” 1. Toast 2. Pop tart 3. Grape Nuts(Larry Who)

“Do you think Ashton and Demi should get back together?” 1. Yes. 2. No

Should Katie Couric work or stay home?” 1. Work 2.Stay home

“Did Nancy Pelosi break her blue cup?” 1. Yes   2. No

My assessment of life’s mysteries is worth considering. For instance:

What I eat for breakfast may not be any of those 3 unless you are with Larry Who who can’t live without his Grape Nuts.

I am divorced and was cheated on just like Demi. Maybe I could offer her some “womanly advice” on philandering bigamist husbands like Ashton.

Katie Couric seems like a nice lady.

Oh that “blue cup” Nancy Pelosi broke. I have one I can give her.

Modern day is no different from that of when Jesus walked on earth; people want to be heard and understood. The overwhelming command to be acknowledged or seen in high regard is a universal language even to the depths of betrayal and death.

Polls were taken amongst the hierarchy of the Pharisees and Scribes as to the fate of Jesus.

Mark 3:16 “Then the Pharisees went out and began to plot with the Herodians how they might kill Jesus.”

The Pharisees handed Jesus over to the Roman Governor Pontius Pilate. His cowardly heart wanted nothing to do with the hanging of this man so he allowed the Jews to do it for him. As they screamed and taunted his name it was evident the answer to their poll was “Crucify him.”

John 19:16 “Finally Pilate handed him over to them to be crucified.

As Jesus hung dying on a horrid cross, Roman soldiers beneath his feet were rolling dice to see who would win his robe.

John 19:23-24 “When the soldiers crucified Jesus, they took his clothes, dividing them into four shares, one for each of them, with the undergarment remaining. This garment was seamless, woven in one piece from top to bottom.

“Let’s not tear it,” they said to one another. “Let’s decide by lot who will get it.”

This happened that the scripture might be fulfilled that said,

“They divided my clothes among them and cast lots for my garment.”

So this is what the soldiers did.

I have difficulty imagining playing a game of any kind beneath a cross while anyone would be crucified, but my Lord?

If the Roman soldiers were told later he had risen, how did they feel? Was it the Roman Centurion who was impressed with Jesus as he watched him die that won the garment of one piece? If not, which one? Whoever won it, did they have any idea they may have received one of the most important pieces of fabric in history?

A poll decided who would take Jesus into custody.

A poll determined his fate by his own people.

A poll concluded which Roman Soldier won his undergarment.

How could a life be reduced to the numbers of a poll?

How could a life be so inconsequential his trial and sentence were determined by a rowdy crowd?

How could a life be so meaningless his clothing was considered a tossup?

That’s just it. His life wasn’t meaningless, inconsequential or reduced to nothing.

His life is the Alpha and Omega. The Lamb of God. The Prince of Peace.

Savior of the world. Jesus is all that matters. And he is risen.

Are you Entitled?

Posted on

Do you know anyone in the “Entitlement Club?”

You know the club that gives you permission to think you are entitled to whatever?

Well, I blame Adam. He started it when Eve showed up. Prior to Eve, not sure what Adam did about throwing his leaves and sandals around. As soon as she arrived on the scene Adam got sloppy. He must have missed God’s memo that said, “Eve was not put on this earth to pick up his dirty socks, underwear and clothes.” Oh, he was naked.

Anyway after Adam sinned he started wearing something. Somehow he got the idea Eve could follow him around and unclutter his clutter for him. So not only do I blame Adam for sinning, I blame him for passing down to generations of men this unruly, debasing folly we women endure on a daily basis.

I can say this coming from a family of many men who attached themselves to Adam’s handed down traits of mindless games of so-called submission.

This choice to degrade us with their dirty pocket knives left in their pants, muddied hunting boots and caps full of jungle debris is just that, a choice. A trail of other items such as pens, watches, rings and wallets often get close to being washed as they hide in their pockets. Oh yeah; we women are supposed to empty their pockets too before they get washed……

By now I am sure some of you men who read this are going, “ummmmmduh…..” don’t act like you don’t know what I am talking about! This is universal!

So now I have made my point, why do we think we deserve anything? Why do men feel we women are their “clutter picker uppers?” Why does the person who can work but won’t because they want the person who does work to give them freebies?

This should strike a chord with many in this nation who are living off of those who tirelessly work for a living. My husband may clutter the house, but he does work very hard.

What is worse is so many honestly believe they deserve to do nothing and get everything! Well, someone has to pay for your bling.

The people who physically can’t work are a different breed. As Christians we are supposed to help those who are really in need.  I am talking to those who can work but won’t.

What is the quote?”Don’t do anything you can get someone else to do for you?”

Proverbs 12: 11 “Whoever works his land will have plenty of bread, but he who follows worthless pursuits lacks sense.”

2 Thessalonians 3:10 “For even when we were with you, we would give you this command: If anyone is not willing to work, let him not eat.”

Sounds to me if you don’t work you don’t eat. So why is our nation bent on giving our hard-earned money to the sluggard? OH! That’s right! Those people deserve it!

Sorry. But you don’t. I stand behind you in the grocery store line as the cashier rings up your WIC items and you pay for food with food stamps. As you walk out the door your iphone rings. Then you crawl into your very large new SUV which is parked beside my little, paid off 2005 PT Cruiser that I bought pre-owned.

I did not make that story up.  It happened a few weeks ago. Sadly, I witness accounts of this nature regularly.

What happened to the integrity of meaningful work for the sense of self-worth? When did we define ourselves as ones who are entitled to live off of others for the sake of laziness?

The truth is no one deserves anything good. We only have what we have and are what we are because of the blood of Jesus Christ. We did nothing. He did it all.

We all fall short of the glory of God. No one gets a free ride. No one is entitled.

Jesus sacrificed more than anyone of us can ever grasp. He gave his life for us even though we didn’t deserve it.

God’s grace in giving us Jesus is pure love and that my friends paid for your bling.

Yes, I believe the Prime Minister of Israel would make a great President. Oh. He can’t. He wasn’t born here.

Listening to his speech last night at AIPAC I was enthralled; thrilled; overjoyed at his wit, strength of character and mostly his lack of being intimidated by anyone else.

His podium presence is mighty. He exerts natural intelligence and wisdom and combines it quite well with experience. He is a man after Israel‘s own heart and is not going to stand back and let that heart be broken again. He knows what was promised to Abraham and the Prime Minister knows who really has his ‘back.”

A leader who can use that which is against him to make a joke is my kind of man. Framing his speech around “disarming the nuclear duck” he was quick to announce his game plan. Admitting the sanctions imposed on Iran were squeezing it’s economy, it isn’t enough.

Recognizing his qualities as a leader in that one speech weren’t so much the words,  but how he approached releasing those words. How he approached the podium. How he delivered his message with the overtones and undertones of body language. He is one more self-assured, confident, well-spoken, educated and clever diplomat.

The word “calculating” comes to my mind as he affirmed an oath to Israel.  “As prime minister of Israel, I will never let my people live under the shadow of annihilation.”

Who was he pointing his Jewish finger at? The signal was passed. The moment was established. The impact sent sound waves across the world….or maybe down the street.

There was no question in his mind of his determined future for the nation he calls home.  The soil from which he comes from is fueled with “fuel?”

It is the soil of Holy ground in which God will use to produce resources unimaginable, making Israel even more powerful than the words he so eloquently spoke.

There was no question that he needed no one to tell him what to do. There was no question he is alert, aware, and nobody’s fool. There is no question he will do whatever is necessary to keep that which  belongs to God.  He is more than guarded of its land, statehood and the lineage of Abraham. Talk about a man who means what he says and scares the heck out of those who are afraid he really will do what he says.

Diplomatic means should be the first choice in dealing with non-peaceful negotiations. Communication created the world as God spoke the words “Let there be light.” However, allowing combat oriented lunatics confirm globally their despicable, cowardly, dastardly appeal to harm innocents; there is no diplomacy.

Prime Minister Netanyahu has made it profoundly clear his desire for peace surrounding Israel. He has responded to threats with peaceful admonitions only to be hung out to dry by those who have been Israel’s ally for decades.

You know that bus he was thrown under?

Last night, the Prime Minister made it very clear he wasn’t thrown under the bus. He built that bus and he is the driver.
